Gompers Day Training for Adults (DTA) program is built around community integration, life-skills training and empowerment. Individuals with disabilities ages 18 and older are encouraged to fulfill their dreams and maximize their abilities, while being supported by a trained staff that assists them in reaching their highest potential for independence.

Our bright, cheerful, safe Phoenix campus is filled with members engaged in activities that allow them to practice and improve their skills while developing meaningful personal relationship. Gompers is more than a place to come to — it’s a place where people can belong and feel valued.
