Dear Gompers Community,
I hope this message finds you well. Recent news regarding state-level funding challenges for disability services has understandably raised concerns within our community. I want to personally assure you that Gompers remains steadfast in our commitment to providing uninterrupted services to our members.
Despite the potential two-month gap in state funding, Gompers will continue its operations without any closures or disruptions. Our dedicated leadership team and Board of Directors have proactively planned for such contingencies.
We recognize the critical role our programs play in the lives of our members and their families. Rest assured, our financial planning and resource management are designed to uphold the quality and consistency of our services, irrespective of external funding fluctuations.
We understand that such news can lead to uncertainty and rumors. Please know that our priority is the well-being and support of our members. We are closely monitoring the situation and remain in active communication with state officials to advocate for sustainable solutions.
